       Transformer No-load and Load Characteristic Tester is a high-precision instrument meticulously developed by our company specifically for transformer no-load, load parameter, and zero-sequence impedance parameter measurement. It can accurately measure a series of parameters such as no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance voltage, harmonic content, distortion rate, etc., for various transformers.

       This instrument features small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, excellent stability, and user-friendly operation. It can completely replace the traditional multi-meter method for measuring transformer loss and capacity. With simple wiring and convenient testing and recording, it greatly improves work efficiency. It uses a large-screen graphical true-color LCD as the display window, graphical menu operation with Chinese prompts, and a multi-parameter display interface. The user-friendly interface makes it easy and quick to use, making it the preferred product for power users at all levels.

Product Features

1. Can measure no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, load loss, and zero-sequence impedance of various types of transformers.
2. Automatically performs waveform distortion correction, temperature correction (providing two methods: approximate temperature correction and separate additional loss correction), voltage correction (no-load test under non-rated voltage), and current correction (short-circuit test under non-rated current conditions). It is highly suitable for units without the conditions to perform short-circuit tests on slightly larger capacity transformers.
3. Can measure three-phase voltage, three-phase current, average voltage, average current, two-phase active power (due to the use of the two-wattmeter method, only the power of phases A and C is displayed here), and total power.
4. Can measure the content of the 2nd to 42nd harmonics of each phase voltage and current, as well as the total distortion rate (harmonic distortion) of each signal.
5. Can display the harmonic content spectrum of each phase voltage and current, allowing intuitive observation of the harmonic content.
6. Wide voltage measurement range: voltage can be measured up to 750V without switching ranges, ensuring accuracy. It prevents damage to the instrument due to incorrect voltage range selection.
7. Large-screen, full Chinese menu, and operation prompts enable a user-friendly interface. Conductive rubber keys make operation easier. High-brightness true-color LCD display adapts to both winter and summer seasons.
8. Users can print test results at any time via a micro printer.
9. All test results can be saved in record form for future reference.
