Product Introduction

       This device is specialized equipment designed for the activation of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries) with voltages of 2V, 6V, or 12V that have experienced capacity degradation due to sulfation crystallization on the plates. It features functions such as "activation," "verification discharge," and "automatic charging" for batteries.

       Utilizing advanced testing technology principles, this device has achieved a series of breakthroughs in the research and application of new technologies, components, materials, and processes. It can perform verification discharge tests based on the actual conditions of different degraded batteries, execute three-stage automatic charging, or set multiple cycle periods for repeated charge and discharge cycles to reactivate the failed active substances on the battery plates and restore the capacity of degraded batteries. It is also equipped with PC application software to upload collected data to a computer for various analyses.

       This instrument is characterized by high power, compact size, and lightweight design. The PC data management software is fully functional, and the user-friendly, intuitive human-machine interface significantly reduces the workload of daily battery testing and maintenance, making it an ideal assistant for battery maintenance tasks.

Product Features

1. The instrument features touchscreen operation, allowing direct interaction using a stylus or finger.

2. Data can be stored internally or externally via an SD card, with the option to choose between the two.

3. Equipped with protection functions against overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating.

4. Activation function: When the battery is offline, single-cell activation can be performed. Parameters such as the number of activation cycles, single activation charge/discharge time, and protection voltage can be set in advance. The instrument will automatically execute the activation function and display real-time data including battery voltage, charge/discharge current, charged/discharged capacity, and charge/discharge time. The activation process can be stopped either after completing the preset cycles or manually terminated.

5. Discharge function: When the battery is offline, constant-current verification discharge is performed using an intelligent dummy load. Parameters such as "discharge current," "discharge time," "discharge capacity," and "termination voltage" can be set. The instrument will automatically execute the discharge function and display real-time data including discharge current, discharged capacity, battery voltage, and discharge time. Discharge testing can be stopped when the battery meets the preset termination conditions or is manually terminated.

6. Charging function: Whether the battery is online under float charging or offline, automatic charging can be performed. Parameters such as "charging current," "charging time," and "termination voltage" can be set. The instrument will automatically execute the charging function and display real-time data including charging current, charged capacity, battery voltage, and charging time. Charging can be stopped when the battery meets the preset termination conditions or is manually terminated.

7. Quick internal resistance measurement function (optional): After disconnecting the battery from the system, the estimated capacity and internal resistance can be measured within 1–2 minutes.

8. High-brightness color LCD screen with clear and elegant display effects.

9. The PC data management software is powerful and user-friendly, offering functions such as data management, printing, analysis, report statistics, and automatic test report generation.
