       NDYJS-V Fully Automatic Oil Dielectric Loss and Resistivity Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T5654-2007 "Liquid Insulating Materials - Measurement of Relative Permittivity, Dielectric Dissipation Factor, and DC Resistivity". It is used for measuring the dielectric dissipation factor and DC resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. The instrument features an integrated structure, internally incorporating key components including a dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, and DC high voltage source. Utilizing fully digital technology, the instrument enables fully intelligent automated measurement. It is equipped with a large 5.7-inch TFT full-color touch LCD display with a full Chinese menu. Test results can be automatically stored and printed. Operators can become proficient without specialized training.


Product Features

(1) The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure compliant with national standard GB/T5654-2007, with an inter-electrode spacing of 2mm, eliminating the effects of stray capacitance and leakage on dielectric loss test results.
(2) The instrument uses medium-frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method offers advantages such as non-contact heating between the oil cup and heating element, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, ensuring temperature is strictly maintained within the preset error range.
(3) The internal standard capacitor is an SF6 gas-filled three-point electrode capacitor, whose dielectric loss and capacitance are unaffected by environmental temperature and humidity, ensuring long-term accuracy.
(4) The AC test power supply adopts an AC-DC-AC conversion method, effectively avoiding the impact of mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on dielectric loss measurement accuracy. The instrument can operate correctly even when powered by a generator. (Optional)
(5) Comprehensive protection functions. In case of overvoltage, overcurrent, or high-voltage short circuit, the instrument quickly cuts off the high voltage and issues a warning. A warning is also issued if the temperature sensor fails or is disconnected. A temperature-limiting relay is installed in the medium-frequency induction heating furnace; when the temperature exceeds 120°C, the relay releases and heating stops.
(6) Convenient test parameter settings. Temperature setting range: 0–120°C; AC voltage setting range: 200–2200V; DC voltage setting range: 0–500V.
(7) Equipped with a large TFT full-color touch LCD display for clear visibility. With simple settings, the instrument can automatically perform tests and store and print results.
(8) Built-in real-time clock; test date and time can be saved, displayed, and printed with the results.
(9) Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measures the capacitance and dielectric dissipation factor of the empty electrode cup to assess its cleaning and assembly condition. Calibration data is automatically saved for accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
(10) The instrument uses a RAM9 platform as its core, offering high test accuracy and speed.
(11) Optional automatic oil drainage type.
