Product Introduction

        NDBYZ-Ⅳ Transformer On-Load Tap-Changer Tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used for measuring and analyzing the electrical performance indicators of power transformers and special transformer on-load tap-changers in power systems. It employs microcomputer control and utilizes a precision-designed measurement circuit to accurately measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronization of on-load tap-changers. Depending on needs and field conditions, users can directly measure from the tap-changer leads or connect directly from the transformer's three-phase bushings and neutral point.

☆、 Strong comprehensive capability: Various parameters of the on-load tap-changer can be measured within a single instrument, such as switch selection, presence of breakpoints during the entire switching process, transition waveform, transition time, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronization. With the function keys, the time and resistance values of each time segment in the waveform can be analyzed.

☆、 Print output. The instrument is equipped with a panel-mounted front-loading high-speed printer.
☆、 Excellent anti-interference performance.
☆、 The all-aluminum alloy chassis and the instrument are equipped with a power noise filter and anti-interference circuit, enabling reliable measurements in the field even with poor power quality and strong electromagnetic interference.
☆、 Data retention and data communication.
☆、 The data and waveforms measured by the user can be saved in the instrument. Up to 128 sets of waveforms can be stored and will not be lost due to power failure. Field-stored test results can be transmitted to a computer via a dedicated data cable through the serial port for saving. (Our company provides dedicated software).
