Product Introduction

       Test transformers are essential testing equipment for power equipment detection and preventive testing. With the development of China's power industry, the voltage level requirements for test transformers are becoming increasingly higher. Traditional oil-immersed test transformers are increasingly unable to meet the demands of field work in terms of volume, weight, and performance.

       With the advancement of basic scientific research in China and the application of new materials and processes, the new medium, sulfur hexafluoride gas, has been introduced into the field of power equipment applications. Due to the excellent insulation and arc-extinguishing properties of sulfur hexafluoride gas, as well as its non-flammability, it has been widely adopted as a new insulating medium.

       After years of effort, our company has successfully developed the gas-filled lightweight test transformer. Compared with the traditional oil-immersed lightweight test transformer, this series of products reduces weight by 20%–60% (depending on voltage and capacity level), eliminates oil pollution, and achieves a voltage level of up to 300KV for a single test transformer. Thanks to the adoption of new production processes, the technical performance of the product has been significantly improved, making it particularly suitable for field work and frequent mobile working conditions.

Product Features

 ☆、The NDCB series products feature entirely new design concepts, material selection, and工藝流程. As a result, they are not only compact, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing but also meet all technical indicators required by the <> standard.

☆、The NDCB series products use high-quality cold-rolled 30Q–130 oriented silicon steel sheets laminated into a multi-stage cylindrical frame core. The high-voltage tower coil is wound directly and continuously with QZ-type wire on a specially made high-strength insulation cylinder. The外殼 is dimensionally adapted and filled with SF6 gas.

☆、The difference between the NDCB (JZ) product and the YD product lies in the clever installation of the high-voltage rectifier silicon stack inside the high-voltage sleeve. By inserting or withdrawing the short-circuit rod, the NDCB can switch between power frequency high-voltage AC output and high-voltage DC output.

☆、The difference between the NDCB (C) product and the NDCB product is the addition of an excitation winding in series with the high-voltage output winding within the sleeve structure. This allows疊加 with another transformer to achieve higher voltage levels.

☆、The NDCB (W) product is based on an ordinary transformer but incorporates a special electrical structure and精細(xì)的制作工藝, resulting in very low partial discharge (≤5PC). This makes it suitable for using a partial discharge detector to identify the partial discharge of other electrical equipment (such as GIS, CVT, cable accessories, main transformers, etc.) under high voltage conditions.
