【Product Use】
Textile Flammability Tester is manufactured in accordance with the test requirements specified in the GB/T 5455-2014 standard for textiles—burning behavior—vertical method. It is suitable for determining the flame retardant properties of textiles such as flame-retardant clothing fabrics, decorative fabrics, tent fabrics, etc., including afterflame, flame retardancy, and charring tendency.
【Test Principle】
Textile Flammability Tester clamps the specimen onto a stainless steel sample holder and places it above the burner. The burner produces a flame of specified height to ignite the specimen. After the specified ignition time, parameters such as afterflame time, smoldering time, and damaged length of the specimen are measured.
【Product Features】
This machine adopts an integrated design consisting of a test section and a control section. The test chamber and key components are made of stainless steel, resistant to smoke and gas corrosion. The control system is highly automated, featuring automatic ignition, digital display of temperature and time, convenient observation and recording, and stable and reliable performance.
