JH-MZ80-2XBlueberry Wine Membrane Filtration System is a membrane filtration system independently developed, researched, designed, and manufactured by our company. It is tailored to the production characteristics and energy-saving requirements of fermented fruit wines, fruit vinegars, fruit and vegetable juice beverages, and other products, incorporating advanced membrane separation technology and products. This system addresses issues such as turbidity caused by conventional filtration and the problem of sedimentation in the final product.

       This membrane system utilizes the selective sieving principle of polymer membrane materials to effectively retain colloids and impurity proteins at the molecular level. Through cross-flow operation, impurities are less likely to clog the membrane surface, while effective components pass through the membrane with the filtrate. This achieves effective molecular separation and clarification of fruit wine while also resolving filtration clogging issues. The filtered fruit wine is clear and bright with a unique flavor, maintaining clarity and good gloss even in low-temperature environments. The filtration process involves no phase change, requires no chemical additives, has low energy consumption, is simple to operate, and effectively preserves the original flavor and nutritional components of the fruit wine.
