      The ceramic membrane impurity removal filtration system has a filtration precision in the range of50-1200nm, effectively removing dissolved and semi-dissolved macromolecular impurities in the sugar solution. The filtrate has high clarity, transparency, and purity. The system is highly automated, allowing for online repeated cleaning and reuse, with a service life of up to 1-3 years, significantly reducing production energy consumption and labor intensity.

      The nanofiltration membrane concentration system has a molecular weight cutoff in the range of100-1000Da, effectively retaining sugar alcohols while allowing small molecular ash to pass through, further purifying the product while enriching and concentrating sugar alcohols. The system's dehydration energy consumption is approximately 15 RMB per cubic meter of water. Traditional double-effect steam concentration requires 0.75-0.88 tons of steam to remove one ton of water, with steam costs ranging from 260-300 RMB per cubic meter, meaning the cost per ton is about 230 RMB.
