The peelability of wires and cables is currently related to many factors: extrusion die design, extrusion pressure, the processing technology of talc for peeling, the hardness of the compound, etc.

Based on the above reasons, our company has developed and produced a talc powder for wire and cable peeling. This product undergoes special production process treatment, differing from ordinary talc powder on the market, completely eliminating the phenomenon of peeling caused by uneven coating. This product is used in the manufacturing of wires and cables to facilitate the peeling of wires and cables, and can make the wires less prone to aging, with obvious anti-adhesion effects during peeling. It can effectively separate the adhesion between the wire and cable sheath and the core wire, making it easy to peel, convenient to strip, and stably improving the insulation performance of the wire.

In the production process of wires and cables, the release agent talc powder prevents adhesion between the outer sheath and the core wire, isolating the contact surfaces of the two, so that the outer sheath and the inner core insulation are less likely to stick together. This prevents the outer sheath and the inner core insulation from adhering during stripping, which could damage the core insulation. For twist-type power cords, due to the twisting issue, the outer PVC and the core insulation may stick together. Applying a uniform layer of talc powder for wire and cable peeling inside the power cord prevents the outer PVC sheath and the core insulation from adhering.

The quality of the release agent grade talc powder directly affects the appearance and peelability of the wire. Therefore, the talc powder for peeling must be baked dry before use to ensure it is evenly distributed on the wire. During production, semi-finished products should pass through the center of the brush to avoid poor appearance caused by excessive powder application. Talc powder for cable peeling plays an important role in wire production.
