1: YWZ5 and YWZ9 series electric hydraulic brakes can be widely used for deceleration and parking braking in various machinery such as cranes, belt conveyors, port handling, and metallurgy. Their working principle is as follows: When the mechanism is powered off and stops working, the brake's drive device (thruster) also powers off or delays power-off, ceasing drive. The brake spring rapidly expands, driving the brake arms to generate braking force through the brake shoes, thus applying the brake. When the mechanism is powered on and driven, the brake thruster also powers on, generating thrust to push the lever, rapidly compressing the brake spring, and stopping the braking action via the brake arms and shoes.

2: This series of brakes can be equipped with an automatic lining wear compensation device as per user requirements, ensuring the braking torque and clearance remain in optimal condition during operation, thereby avoiding safety issues due to insufficient braking force from brake pad wear. Additionally, this series can be fitted with manual release devices and safety interlock switches for enhanced safety and convenience during use.
