　　Product Introduction:

　　Electro-hydraulic block brakes are widely used for deceleration or parking braking in mechanical drive devices such as cranes, metallurgy, mining, ports, docks, and construction machinery.

　　Compliance Standards:

　　The installation dimensions of the YWZB series electro-hydraulic block brake comply with the JB/ZQ4388-1997 standard.

　　Main Features:

　　Main swinging hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, offering high transmission efficiency and requiring no lubrication during use;

　　Brake lining installation forms are available in two types based on user needs: riveted type and insert type (specify when ordering).

　　Usage Conditions:

　　Ambient temperature: -20℃ to +50℃;

　　Power supply: 380V, 50HZ;

　　Relative humidity: not exceeding 90%;

　　No flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases in the working environment;

　　Altitude at the usage location complies with GB755-2000;

　　For outdoor use exposed to rain, snow, or corrosive gases and media, anti-corrosion products should be used.

　　YWZB, YWZ4B, YWZ8, and YWZ13 are interchangeable. YWZB matches with YT-type thrusters, while YWZ4B, YWZ8, and YWZ13 match with ED-type thrusters. YWZ8 and YWZ13 feature an equal retraction distance device. YWZ13 has a side-mounted spring housed in a spring tube, equipped with a braking torque scale, and can be fitted with an automatic lining wear compensation device.
