Textile Machinery Parts Drop Wires and Reeds Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

LSA-E25/1800 Drop Wire Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine. This equipment consists of two parts: an ultrasonic generator (ultrasonic power supply) and an ultrasonic cleaning tank (with bonded ultrasonic transducers). The ultrasonic generator converts industrial frequency electrical energy into a high-frequency electrical signal of 28KHz, which is transmitted via a high-frequency cable to the ultrasonic transducers. After the transducers are energized with high-frequency voltage, they generate powerful ultrasonic vibrations that rapidly propagate through the liquid medium in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, producing over 20,000 vibrations per second. It is primarily used to remove sizing residues, oil stains, and dirt from the surface and holes of drop wires/warp threads, as well as from tiny gaps and hard-to-reach areas, effectively cleaning contaminants and improving the quality and efficiency of textile products.

Operating Guide

1. Turn all switches, including the ultrasonic generator and heating, to the "off" position. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution to the ultrasonic cleaning tank and fill the bubble rinsing tank with tap water, ensuring that the cleaning solution does not overflow when the items to be cleaned are placed inside.

2. The ultrasonic cleaning tank is equipped with a heating switch. Rotate it to the desired temperature setting. The tank will stop heating once it reaches the set temperature. A sensor inside the tank will automatically reactivate heating if the temperature drops.

3. Arrange the drop wires and warp threads to be cleaned on the cleaning rack and place them into the ultrasonic cleaning machine.

4. Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator. The ultrasonic transducers will begin working to clean the items. This model features power adjustment functionality, allowing fine-tuning of the ultrasonic power via a rotary knob (preset at the factory, usually no adjustment needed).

5. Use the timer function to set the cleaning duration as follows:

On the timer controller located on the tank, set the time using the hour (H), minute (M), and second (S) digits. Once the time is set and ultrasound is activated, the cleaning process will proceed for the preset duration and stop automatically when the time is up. For subsequent cleaning cycles, the system will continue to operate based on the previously set time.
