Electrolytic Degreasing Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

I. Equipment Overview

The LSA-E34/2500 Electrolytic Degreasing Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine consists of an integrated three-tank system: an ultrasonic cleaning tank, a bubble rinsing tank, and an anti-rust tank. The ultrasonic generator converts industrial frequency electrical energy into a 28KHz high-frequency electrical signal, which is transmitted via high-frequency cable to the ultrasonic transducer. When the transducer is subjected to high-frequency voltage, it generates powerful ultrasonic vibrations that rapidly propagate through the liquid medium in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, producing 28,000 vibrations per second. This causes contaminants adhering to the workpiece to be dislodged, while simultaneous electrolysis via positive and negative electrodes achieves the cleaning purpose. The equipment features time setting, heating control, ultrasonic cleaning, electrolysis, circulation filtration, emergency stop, and other functions.

Operation Guide

1. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution to the ultrasonic cleaning tank, ensuring the liquid level is higher than the height of the side ultrasonic vibration plate.

2. Add liquid to the bubble rinsing tank, ensuring the water level exceeds the heating tube.

3. Set the temperature for the cleaning tank and rinsing tank; typically, the cleaning tank should be set to 60–70°C, and the rinsing tank to 70–80°C.

4. Press the heating button on the control panel and wait for the liquid in the cleaning and rinsing tanks to heat up.

5. Once the cleaning tank reaches the appropriate temperature, place the workpiece to be cleaned into the tank. Adjust the anode rod to a suitable height according to the workpiece.

6. On the operation panel, set the ultrasonic working time and turn on the ultrasonic power switch to start the ultrasonic cleaning machine.

7. Set the electrolysis time, turn on the electrolysis switch, and adjust the current intensity.

8. After cleaning in the ultrasonic electrolysis tank is complete, transfer the workpiece to the bubble rinsing tank and turn on the second tank’s bubble switch on the panel.

9. After rinsing, place the workpiece into the third tank. After soaking, it can be moved to the draining platform.

10. When the liquid in the ultrasonic electrolysis tank becomes turbid, turn off the ultrasonic and electrolysis functions, press the first tank’s filtration button, and activate the filtration function to keep the liquid relatively clean.

11. If the filtration pump operates slowly, replace the filter cartridge promptly.

12. An emergency stop button is installed in a prominent location on the equipment. In case of an issue, press it to halt all operations.
