The working principle of NVC focused ultrasonic cleaning equipment is that ultrasonic waves propagate longitudinally along a sinusoidal curve, transferring sequentially and acting on the liquid, generating a certain negative pressure in the liquid. This increases the liquid volume, enlarges the gaps between molecules, and forms numerous tiny bubbles. When the sound pressure reaches a certain level, the bubbles rapidly expand and then suddenly compress and collapse, generating shock waves instantaneously. This disrupts the adhesion of contaminants to the surface of the cleaning object and causes fatigue damage to the contaminant layer, leading to its removal, thereby achieving the cleaning of solid objects.

The focused amplitude transformer device concentrates ultrasonic energy at the end of the amplitude transformer, resulting in a strong bombardment effect. It is particularly effective for removing rust, deburring, degelling, and has a very noticeable effect on spinnerets with strong adhesion of contaminants.

 

The dual amplitude transformer focused ultrasonic cleaning machine has a cleaning cycle of approximately 2 hours per batch. Each batch can accommodate 64 spinnerets of sizes Ф70, Ф75, Ф80, Ф90, Ф95, and Ф100. Calculated over 8 hours, the daily cleaning capacity is about 260 pieces.
