NVC Three-Tank Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner 

I. Product Overview

The LSA-D24/1200 ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of three tanks: the first tank is the ultrasonic tank, which includes an ultrasonic generator (ultrasonic power supply) and an ultrasonic cleaning tank (with bonded ultrasonic transducers). The ultrasonic generator converts industrial frequency electrical energy into a 25KHz high-frequency electrical signal, which is transmitted via high-frequency cables to the ultrasonic transducers. When high-frequency voltage is applied to the transducers, they produce powerful ultrasonic vibrations that rapidly propagate through the liquid medium in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, generating over 25,000 vibrations per second. This causes the dirt attached to the workpiece to shake off, achieving the cleaning purpose. The second tank is a heated rinsing tank, and the third tank is a hot air drying tank.
