I. Equipment Overview

The principle of ultrasonic cleaning involves the generator producing high-frequency oscillating electrical signals, which are converted by the transducer into high-frequency mechanical vibrations that propagate through the cleaning liquid to achieve efficient cleaning of objects. 

The LSA-E28/1800*2 Rotary Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine consists of: one electrical control cabinet, one cleaning machine (including cleaning tank and rinsing tank), two ultrasonic vibration plates, two ultrasonic generators, one set of corrosion-resistant filtration, one set of pure water device, one set of spraying device, one set of air blow device, and two sets of rotating mechanisms.

Operation Guide

1. Connect the main power supply of the electrical control cabinet and connect the pure water device.

2. Connect the diaphragm pump, with one line leading to the cleaning liquid and one placed into the ultrasonic cleaning tank.

3. Turn on the diaphragm pump switch on the control panel of the electrical cabinet to inject liquid to the appropriate level.

4. Set the timing for ultrasonic, spraying, and air blow functions separately on the operation panel.

5. Slowly hoist the workpiece to be cleaned into the ultrasonic tank, ensuring both ends are securely fastened in the base. Handle gently to avoid damaging the equipment.

6. Turn on the rotation switch for the first tank, adjust the rotation speed—clockwise to increase speed, counterclockwise to decrease—and the roller will begin to rotate slowly.

7. Turn on the ultrasonic switch for the first tank to begin ultrasonic cleaning. When the preset time is reached, the ultrasonic function stops, and the next step can be performed. (Do not activate ultrasonic when the tank is empty of liquid)

8. Use the hoist to lift the roller out and slowly place it into the second rinsing and air blow tank, accurately positioning it in the base. Handle gently to avoid damaging the equipment.

9. Turn on the spray switch and the rotation switch for the second tank, operating at low speed for pure water spray rinsing (the spray rinse drain valve should be open at this time).

10. After the spray time ends, the red light on the alarm above the electrical control cabinet will illuminate, indicating the next step. At this point, turn on the air blow switch for high-pressure air blow treatment of the roller. When the preset time is reached, the red light will illuminate again to signal the completion of the process.

11. The electrical control cabinet has a conductivity display screen for real-time monitoring.

12. The rinsing and air blow tank is equipped with a float ball level control to maintain the liquid level height.
