According to the relevant regulations, photovoltaic power plants are equipped with a computer monitoring system to achieve automated management. The telecontrol function is integrated into the computer monitoring system, and the collection of telecontrol information is completed by the data acquisition unit of the computer monitoring system. It can collect the operating status and parameters of equipment such as inverters, busbars, lines, and circuit breakers. Telemetry acquisition is intended to use AC sampling. To ensure the reliability of telecontrol information transmission, a telecontrol workstation should be configured. This telecontrol workstation can be considered together with the computer monitoring system, and the direct acquisition and transmission of telecontrol information are both completed by the telecontrol workstation. Functions such as the telecontrol workstation and the scheduling data network access are included. The relevant telecontrol information is simultaneously sent to the opposite dispatching center via the scheduling data network and point-to-point channels.

In accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Regulations for the Design of Power System Dispatching Automation" and the "Technical Regulations for the Integration of Photovoltaic Power Stations into the Grid" (Q/GDW617-2011), the telecontrol information design for the photovoltaic power station project is carried out:

A Class A online power quality monitoring device that meets the requirements of the GB/T 19862 "General Requirements for Power Quality Monitoring Equipment" standard is installed on the 10kV system side. It monitors power quality parameters, including voltage, frequency, harmonics, power factor, etc.

Electric energy billing

The electric energy metering gateway for the grid-connected photovoltaic rooftop power generation project is set on the 10kV outgoing line side. One main energy meter and one check energy meter are installed as assessment metering points. One energy meter is set on the high-voltage side of the main transformer. The accuracy of the meters and corresponding current transformers is 0.2S class, and the accuracy of the voltage transformers is not lower than 0.2 class. A set of electric energy billing terminals is also configured.
