      Photovoltaic power generation systems achieve the inverter's rated input voltage by connecting a large number of photovoltaic modules of the same specifications and characteristics in series to form a string. Multiple such strings are then connected in parallel to reach the system's predetermined rated power. Due to the shape limitations of silicon monocrystal rods, monocrystalline silicon cells must be made circular, which also affects the arrangement of photovoltaic modules.
