The grid company is responsible for guiding and cooperating with project units in the grid connection operation and acceptance of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects. It signs power purchase and sale contracts with project units and separately measures the total electricity generation and grid-connected electricity of distributed projects. The grid company shall settle the grid-connected electricity fees with project units according to the nationally stipulated grid-connected electricity price.

Users purchasing electricity from the grid follow normal electricity price policies.
