SYNTHITE AC-42 is a high-heat-resistant polyurethane insulating varnish with fast curing speed, air-drying properties, moisture resistance, and mold resistance.

Application Process

SYNTHITE AC-42 is suitable for brushing, dipping, and spraying processes. Different application methods require dilution with thinner T-100, and the dilution ratio should be adjusted according to the process.

The film thickness should be greater than 1.5 mils for optimal performance. Film property testing should be conducted only after the film is fully cured. For chemical resistance and abrasion testing, the air-drying time must be at least 24 hours.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (temperature not exceeding 21°C) and avoid moisture.

Unopened products stored at 21°C have a shelf life of 12 months.
