The return belt cleaning machine internally integrates multi-stage cleaners, a water spraying system, and an air drying system. The belt spraying and material flushing use independent water inlets and are separately controlled by the electrical control system. The belt cleaning box is equipped with a booster pump to ensure an outlet pressure of no less than 0.4 MPA. It includes a spray device, a cleaning device, and a belt drying device. The spray device reduces the adhesion of materials, the cleaner blades inside the cleaning box scrape off attachments, and a high-pressure air knife is used to blow away the residual water traces left after scraping.

The stainless steel nozzles in the return belt cleaning box are evenly arranged, and the number of nozzles must meet on-site requirements. The interior of the cleaning box uses three rows of scraper blades for cleaning: the first and second rows are made of tungsten carbide alloy, and the third row uses a flexible water-removing cleaner. The flexible water-removing cleaner is made of high-quality polyurethane material with a Shore hardness of 90±5. Its Akron wear is ≤40 mm3, and its tensile strength is ≥40 MPA. The tungsten carbide material has a hardness of HRC 66–77 under a load of 50 N. Each set of equipment uses no fewer than two sets of pressure rollers, including mounting brackets. The standard roller diameter is ≥159 mm.

The installation position of the return belt cleaning box should facilitate inspection and maintenance. The box must have an observation door that is easy to open and well-sealed to prevent air leakage, powder leakage, and water leakage. All cleaners should have an automatic gap compensation function and should not require regular manual adjustments. Except for wear-prone parts, the service life of each cleaner should be no less than 5,000 hours of continuous operation.
