Traditional stencil cleaning machines during the cleaning process,

Type 1: Immersion cleaning, which requires rinsing the cleaned stencil. This process generates a significant amount of rinse wastewater, and the cleaning agent has a short service life. There may also be issues with non-compliant emissions.

Type 2: Uses IPA-based cleaning agents for spray cleaning, posing certain safety risks, and VOC emissions are non-compliant.

In response to the national push for carbon peak actions, focusing on major national strategies to build a highland for green development, promoting clean and low-carbon energy transformation, resolutely curbing the blind development of high-energy-consumption and high-emission projects, advancing clean production and efficient use of energy resources, strengthening ecological environment zoning control, and accelerating the formation of a green and low-carbon lifestyle, our company has launched the JC736-CS stencil cleaning machine. It aims to achieve environmentally friendly cleaning, resource recycling, and *** emission cleaning.

Main features of the equipment:

Integrated ultrasonic precision cleaning, spray cleaning, and high-pressure blower drying, fully automatic, compact footprint.

During cleaning, the stencil is driven by a motor to move up and down, suitable for cleaning SMT solder paste and red glue stencils, copper stencils, plastic mesh plates, and misprinted boards.

Utilizes a combination of spray and localized ultrasonic cleaning. The spray system includes circulation filtration and pressure monitoring functions.

The ultrasonic design is non-immersion type, with ultrasonic energy transmitted to the stencil through the sprayed liquid. This improves cleaning efficiency and prevents long-term immersion from affecting stencil tension.

The filter uses a 3-core stainless steel filter cartridge. Replacement of the filter core is prompted based on cleaning cycles and pressure conditions.

Environmentally friendly water-based cleaning process, compliant with VOC emission regulations. Paired with eco-friendly water-based cleaning fluid, it effectively extends the service life of the cleaning agent, saves costs, and reduces waste liquid discharge.

The liquid tank is equipped with inlet and outlet ports and features a special primary separator. Solid particles cleaned off the stencil are separated in the tank, facilitating regular cleaning of the liquid tank.

Intelligent liquid level control system with real-time level display. Automatic liquid level alarm function; when the liquid level drops to the low-level警戒線, the level sensor issues an alarm signal to prompt replenishment.

Drying is achieved using compressed air knives, ensuring rapid drying, energy efficiency, and safety.

Optional MES version function module: The main operation interface includes a barcode or QR code scanning window for stencils. The control system is pre-set with the client's IP communication address & can read relevant information from the main interface, allowing the client's MES system to automatically retrieve product and cleaning-related information.
