I. Working Principle

1. Jacketed structure: The kettle body consists of inner and outer layers, forming a sealed jacketed space in between. Steam or thermal oil is introduced as the heat transfer medium.

2. Indirect heating: The heat transfer medium in the jacket is heated by an external heat source (such as electric heating), and the heat is uniformly transferred to the inner kettle body, avoiding direct contact of food with the flame and preventing burning or uneven cooking.

II. Structural Features

1. Material:

The inner kettle body is made of acid-resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel (such as 304 stainless steel), complying with national sanitary standards. The outer kettle body can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel as required.

2. Design:

The hemispherical or butterfly-shaped kettle body is formed by one-time stamping, with minimal roundness error and high conformity between the stirrer and the kettle body. It features a tilting design for easy discharging and cleaning.

3. System:

Supports various heating methods, including gas heating, electric heating, thermal oil heating, electromagnetic heating, and steam heating, to meet different process requirements.
